To simplify and streamline the operating structure of our Irex Western Region, Argus Contracting, L.P. has acquired Summit Contracting LLC, effective July 1, 2024. The two Irex companies will be consolidated into a single subsidiary company with operations in California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Utah, and New Mexico and will operate under the Argus Contracting name.
